Very poor service, don't answer the phone in any department, and you cant leave a voicemail because all the voicemail inboxes are full.

Very poor service with a grass seed order. Finally got it mixed and was told it would be sent next day deliver. Finally arrived 3 days later

We visited the Granary Tea Rooms for coffee and cake. Everything was perfect. Lovely atmosphere, great coffee and service was excellent. A new venture for Shepherds but I'm sure they will do well.

Popped in here for the first time a few days ago to buy some plants. Lovely shop selling locally made food items to take home, and a range of country themed gift ware. Also an extensive range of country clothing. Friendly and very helpful staff. We bought some good quality container plants, bird seed for our feeders, and a jar of local chutney. Recommend a visit.

Called in this morning for some wildbird seed. Chloe extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. Carried the bag to my car for me. She is a great asset to the company

First time using this company and would certainly use again. We purchased our stewardship mixtures from them. Advice was invaluable and delivery very fast. Driver turned up in full uniform and tie. Very nice to see these days. David

Fantastic service. Lovely people. Really busy today when I called but couldn't do enough for me. Delivered my compost after a 12 hour day because they were busy and to save me lifting it. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thank you guys.

Would highly recommend for equine feed, supplements, bedding and much more! Lovely family run business that has that feeling to it as soon as you walk in the door. Will was very welcoming and polite, I felt he would have gone above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience whilst I was there. Will was very knowledgable about all of his products and was on offer to advise me on what my horse would benefit from. I know where I will be going for my equine and dog needs from now on.

We take a weekly feed and bedding delivery for this company and now wouldn't be without them. They arrive promptly and go out of their way to help us. Fantastic company. Fantastic staff. A***

Placed an order with them because their price is really good. Half my delivery came that week but the rest came 3 weeks later by which time I had already used someone else. And I tried to stop the delivery of the delayed items but they still came regardless and I have sent 3 emails and tried to call none have got a response. And now I do not need the seeds so it's a complete waste of money.
